Probabil pentru ca la county adaugi RO in loc de judet (B - pentru Bucuresit, IL - pentru Ialomita si asa mai departe).

Tara nu are rost sa pui pentru ca apare automat cand da cineva find pe tine. Serverul se uita la codul operatorului.
