The biggest handset maker, the Finish company Nokia, may become Cisco's property, according to the British news paper Sunday Business.

The paper, which did not reveal the source of its information, said U.S.-based Cisco had traditionally concentrated on acquisitions of niche technology players, but its Chief Executive John Chambers is believed to be interested in merging with a wireless infrastructure company.

cand faceti copy/paste, va rog intai modificati cu word sau un text editor caracterele. La mine nu se poate conecta tel daca sunt tot felul de caractere ciudate, inclusiv diacriticele.

Era si timpul sa apara ceva care sa ofere concurenta WebViewer-ului. Acum tot ce astept e un link catre Opera Mini asta ( daca o sa existe vreodata ) pt ca am eu o banuiala ca e mai bun decat WebViewer care oricum nu mai merge de ceva timp...

Opera - a new version of the browser for Symbian S60 phones
A new version of a popular browser for Symbian Series 60 has been released under the number 8 and is intended for Symbian OS 7.0 and higher. It doesn't work with the operating systems of the previous generation (Nokia 7650, 3650, N-Gage, Siemens SX1, and Sendo X).
The program is build on Opera 8 for desktop and is SSR-compatible (Small-Screen Rendering). The main goal is internet surfing in GPRS networks. Not recommended for 3G networks.

The cooperation between BenQ and the Mobile division of Siemens will start on October 1st. BenQ is not a known mobile brand, but they do got some interesting phones. It's also worth mentioning that BenQ have been producing phones for companies like Nokia and O2.
